City Mart Supermarket is the market leader in food retailing in Myanmar. It opened its first retail operation at Aung San Stadium, Kan Daw Galay Road, Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon in September 1996 with only 20 staff.

Today, City Mart operates a number of retail businesses including 6 City Mart Supermarkets, 5 City Medic Pharmacies (Drug Stores), 5 City Music Centres, 4 Seasons Bakeries and 1 Seasons Cafe in Yangon with a service force of more than 900 staff and still growing.

Over the past seven years, City Mart Supermarket has evolved and strategically expanded its presence to reach more markets.
